Founded in 1829 by Joseph Tricker, the name “Tricker’s” has been associated with high-quality bench-made and handmade English shoemaking for generations. Their manufacturing base continues to run out of Northampton in the East Midlands region of England. The secret of Tricker’s shoes’ strength and durability is in the Goodyear welt, the traditional method for manufacturing men’s dress shoes. Taking its name from the son of Charles Goodyear, it refers to the inventor of the machinery used in this process. The resulting shoes are both fashion-forward and built to last.
