To a great extent, our ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts define Iron Heart: heavy, rugged, but amazingly wearable.

This western shirt is an exclusive indigo dyed 'buffalo check' 12oz fabric, woven with Aspero cotton from the foothills of the Andes mountains. We double brush it on the inside and single brush it on the outside, resulting in very soft yet substantial, thick, warm and windproof flannel. This is the first time we have used indigo dyed Aspero yarns in an Ultra Heavy Flannel, expect some amazing evo.

  NOTE: This UHF is woven in a different mill than all previous (non indigo dyed) UHF fabrics, this results in a subtly different hand feel

All measurements are specific to this product. The best way to determine the size you need is to find a similar item that fits you well, then measure the same way we do (see "How We Measure" tab) and compare with the measurements on the table below. Actual measurements for the same Iron Heart item/tag size can vary somewhat so if a specific dimension is important to you (for example arm length) please ask us to check this before we ship by adding a note to your order. Measurements for raw denim garments are pre-soak (allowance must be made for shrinkage).
