Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit less the shipping charges. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original packaging, tags and labels attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt so that it can be easily tracked. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, apothecary items, undergarments or bathing suit.

Our return policy allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it for store credit or exchange only.. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned in brand new unworn condition. Please include the transaction number within the package so that it can be easily tracked.

To return merchandise, email us at info@thesilverdeer.com as soon as possible for return authorization and to notify us of the return in order to reserve another product or size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from Silver Deer. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued. We cannot accept returns for a refund

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Silver Deer does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Silver Deer.

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.  We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Silver Deer does not guarantee the availability of any items liste don thesilverdeer.com. If the item selected for purchase is not in available, Silver Deer will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancelation. 

Sale Items

All items purchased at a discount or on sale (those displaying a reduced price) are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.

Customs and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell what the cost would be, if any. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

In Store Purchases

If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with original receipt within 14 days of purchase. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached. Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted.
