Shipping & Handling

We use services from UPS for domestic and international shipping.

Orders $2,000 MXN and over will not be charged for Standard shipping. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the México. Please note: Some oversize items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. 

Shipping outside of the México?
Arrives in 3-6 business days

All orders received before 2:00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm on a friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped one following Monday.

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

Silver Deer is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.

In Store Pick Up

Items that are ready within 24 hours will be held for 96 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup, a reminder email 24 hours later, and a cancelation email if you do not pick up the order within 96 hours.
